About the book:
La Cola del Zorro is a book that began as a game. The game started in the quest of discovering ways of helping our daughter in the literacy acquisition. She was having a very hard time learning to read and we wanted to help her to get her way around words and enjoy the process. So we invented a word chain game which was the inspiration for this book. In a playfull manner, her cue for starting a new game, was always the word "zorro".
In each spread the reader will find a word which is accompanied by a story, a fun anecdote, or even a recipe, apparently there is no link between one word and the following one, but, if you take a closer look you will find out there is indeed a connection, given by the last syllable of one word (the "tail") and the first syllabe of the next one, this link is reinforced by the images, which give us a hint of what will be going on next.
