Inés Logascio es ilustradora, artista plástica y médica de Buenos aires, Argentina.

Egresó de la Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes P. Pueyrredón con el título de profesora de grabado y de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Buenos Aires.

 Pertenece a la Asociación de dibujantes de Argentina (ADA).

Asistió a numerosos cursos, entre ellos, materias de actualización en la Universidad de Artes (UNA), cursos de narrativa, literatura de humor y poesía en La Casa de Letras, curso de postgrado en la Asociación Psiquiatras Argentinos (APSA), en School of Visual Arts, New York, USA, de diseño gráfico en la Academia Nacional de Bellas Artes Ernesto de la Cárcova y concurrió a diferentes talleres de artes, como al taller de grabado Magma Litografía de Matías Amici.

Participó en diferentes muestras tanto individuales como colectivas en concursos de diseño gráfico e ilustración. Entre 2021 y 2019 fue seleccionada para participar en el XXVI Salón Primavera de San Fernando, expuso“Germinal”, dibujos y litografías, en la Asociación Médica Argentina y participó con una obra en arte digital de la muestra colectiva online “Integraciones”, también expuso en  “Poéticas del Poder”, en la muestra “Identidades” de AAVRA. Expuso en el 8vo. Salón de Pequeño Formato en el Museo Carnacini y realizó una Muestra Individual de dibujos y grabados en el Museo Lucy Mattos. Fue seleccionada en los salones IV y V de grabado “Zulema Petruschansky”, en el 1er. Concurso Céfiro de Artes Visuales 2018. Fue finalista en los siguientes concursos, Diagramación e Ilustración de Cuentos Infantiles, Editorial Colihue, donde obtuvo la Primera Mención y Concurso Nacional para el diseño del afiche anual, XXV Aniversario de la Confederación Argentina de Clínicas, Sanatorios y Hospitales Privados. Expuso en la Galería Actualidad en el Arte, fue seleccionada para el Salón Manuel Belgrano, para los Salones de Otoño de la Sociedad Argentina de Artistas Plásticos, donde obtuvo una Mención del Jurado.

Trabajó en el área de la gráfica, la ilustración infantil y la salud.

En el 2018 comienza a publicar, con textos e imágenes propias, la historieta “Mundo sin Aerosol” en Instagram  y luego en Issu.

En 2011 publicó un libro de poesías, textos y viñetas realizados con la técnica del automatismo.

 “Mi trabajo en plástica se desarrolla con el dibujo de línea como principal sostén del uso expresivo del color. Incluye diferentes materiales y medios, como los digitales. Son importantes para mí las temáticas sociales y las perspectivas de género.”

 

 

Inés Logascio is an illustrator, plastic artist and doctor from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes P. Pueyrredón with the title of Professor of Engraving and from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires.

She belongs to the Association of Draftmen of Argentina (ADA).

She attended numerous courses, among them, updating subjects at the University of Arts (UNA), narrative courses, humorous literature and poetry at La Casa de Letras, a postgraduate course at the Argentine Psychiatrists Association (APSA), at the School of Visual Arts, New York, USA, of graphic design at the National Academy of Fine Arts Ernesto de la Cárcova and attended different art workshops, such as the Magma Litografía engraving workshop by Matías Amici.

She participated in different individual and collective exhibitions in graphic design and illustration contests. Between 2021 and 2019 she was selected to participate in the XXVI Salón Primavera de San Fernando, she exhibited "Germinal", drawings and lithographs, at the Argentine Medical Association and participated with a digital art work in the online collective exhibition "Integrations", she also exhibited in "Poetics of Power", in the exhibition "Identities" of AAVRA. She exhibited at the 8th. Contest of Small Format at the Carnacini Museum and she made an individual exhibition of drawings and engravings at the Lucy Mattos Museum. She was selected in the contests IV and V of engraving "Zulema Petruschansky", in the 1st. Céfiro of Visual Arts Contest 2018. She also was a finalist in the following contests, Layout and Illustration of Children's Stories, Editorial Colihue, where it obtained the First Mention and National Contest for the design of the annual poster, XXV Anniversary of the Argentine Confederation of Clinics, Sanatoriums and Private Hospitals. She exhibited at the Actualidad en el Arte Gallery, she was selected for the Manuel Belgrano Salon, for the Autumn Salons of the Argentine Society of Plastic Artists, where she obtained a Jury Mention.

She worked in the area of graphic design, children's illustration and health.

In 2018, she began to publish, with her own texts and images, the comic strip “Mundo sin Aerosol” on Instagram and then on Issu.

 “My plastic work is developed with line drawing as the main support for the expressive use of color. It includes different materials and media, such as digital ones. Social issues and gender perspectives are important to me.”
