Soy Cala, platense de nacimiento. Me formé como profesora de Artes Plásticas con orientación escenografía (FDA-UNLP) y  Bibliotecaria Escolar (UNMDP), junto a capacitaciones, talleres y seminarios; rol docente que vengo desempeñando profesionalmente desde hace una década en distintos niveles educativos de la provincia de Río Negro. Finalice hace un tiempo el postítulo en Educación y Tic (INFOD) y actualmente estoy cursando la actualización académica en Educación Sexual Integral (INFOD).

Desde pequeña me divierto creando mundos posibles a través de la imagen, iniciados estos en el margen de cualquier cuaderno o totalmente digital.

Disfruto cada vez que inicio una ilustración ya que me invita a  investigar, curiosear y experimentar en la creación de diversos universos, en distintos soportes y materialidades, con la intención de que quien la mire después, pueda  transportarse a dichos lugares o personajes.

Cada vez que inicio una ilustración, es un nuevo camino por descubrir ya que me invita a….(espero tu apreciación).

I am Cala, born and raised in La Plata. I am trained as a professor of Plastic Arts with scenography orientation (FDA-UNLP) and I am also a School Librarian (UNMDP), I keep on learning taking trainings, workshops and seminars to enrich my teaching knowledge. I have been professionally teaching for over a decade at different educational levels in the province of Río Negro. Some time ago, I finished my postgraduate degree in Education and ICT (INFOD) and I am currently studying the academic update in Comprehensive Sexual Education (INFOD).

Since I was a child, I have had fun creating possible worlds through images, these can start as a sketch in the margin of any notebook or can come up totally digital.

Everytime I start an illustration project, I enjoy it because it invites me to investigate, browse and experiment the creation of different universes, which can be made with different supports and materials, all of this with the intention that whoever looks at it, can be transported to said places or characters.
